Quality control department is very important to our factory. We have established very strict QC system for our workers to follow. We begin our QC from the raw material. We select the suppliers of our factory very carefully. Our IQC team inspects each component very carefully before entering our warehouse.  There are totally eleven procedures below during the whole production process to make sure every detail is correct to meet your standard and requirements.

1. IQC, before inserting line;
2. PCB QC, after inserting the component;
3. QC, after soldering tin;
4. Module QC, after assembling the heat sink with PCB modules;
5. QC, after assembling whole amplifier;
6. Aging;
7..QC, after aging;
8. Vibration testing;
9. QC, after vibration testing;
10. Final full examination also with the music signal;
11. QA, before delivery.
